The first MG Midget appeared in 1961, with the production version soldiering on gamely until 1980. Our feature car rolled out of the factory in Abingdon, England, in 1964. Its history from there is unclear, so there's no way of knowing when it morphed from a road car to a racecar unless the seller retained the original Log Book.
